Why we use it

To reply, consider grants, and keep charity records. Legal basis: legitimate interests, and taking steps at your request before a grant arrangement.

How long we keep it

Messages only as long as needed to reply. Applications for as long as trustees need them for decisions and reporting.

Who we share it with

We do not sell information. Trustees and the web host may see it in order to run the site and email.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy, a correction, or deletion where we do not need to keep it. You can complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.
